• A big  bunch of fresh Basil leaves
• 100 gr of  Parmesan Cheese
• 100 gr of Pecorino Cheese
• 100 gr of Pine Nut Kernels
• 1 garlic clove
• Olive Oil
•  Salt
• A blender is suggested to make life easier – the real pesto requires you to hand batter everything together.

All the ingredients needed

1) Start by placing the Basil leaves in the blender’s cup/container then add oil

2) Add the 100 gr Parmesan Cheese

3) Add the 100 gr Pecorino

4) Add the 100 gr of pine nuts

5) Place blender over all

AND VOILÁ your perfect PESTO!

I strongly recommend it you try it with TROFIE pasta!

Like a real Genovese

Atmosphere: Perfect for Big Groups and Families. Wouldn’t head here on a date. 

The Food:  We were impressed by the quality of the all the dishes we had. The dumplings were really good.

The perfect day escape from London, just half an hour from the centre of the city you can find yourself in the pretty city of Richmond in Surrey.

Our favorite spot by far was walking along the Towpath and then lunching on the terrace of Gaucho steak house!

GBK was a lovely surprise, not because I had hear bad things about this restaurant, but because most burger places in London aren’t quite as good as one would wish.

So when we walked by it while in Portobello Market, we decided it was time to have lunch.

The offer a huge array of burgers, we edned up having two cheese burgers, one in a mini version. Both were delicious. I will defiietely head back here when I’m craving some fatty confort food!

A must visit destination for all of those traveling to london!

The famous Portobello Market isn’t for the faint hearted!

Be prepared to bargain your way through deals, weave across seas of people, and yes get elbowed quite alot…! This place can make even the most chilled person suffer from claustrophobia.

That said there are many reasons why this place is a MUST:

The infinite amounts of paraphernalia found here is incredible. 

From jewelry, to vinyls, fashions, to silver wear.

You walk for miles and keep seeing more and more thing.

So if you look really closely you will find many hidden gems!

Last sunday we headed out to Daylesford for brunch.

A lovely niche grocery store located in Belgravia. Which also offers a restaurant service. Indoors and outdoors.

I opted for the chicked ceasar salad which was delicious and more than enough for a meal.

I strongly recommend you pass by it if you are in the area even just for some tea!

While we were staying in NYC Sarabeth’s was became our favorite Breakfast spot!

Enjoy the fluffiest Pancakes while looking into the Park.

Also try the French Toast and the Poached eggs!

And for hangover mornings the Bloody Mary was insanely good!

My favorite Italian restaurant in NYC: NELLO’s

This place not only has delicious italian food but also an incredible atmosphere, ask to be seated near the window and head there for lunch!

Must visit when in Jaipur

Let me just say that this was one of the most incredible events I have ever attended by far!

The Engagement Party took place in the beautiful landscapedSisodia Rani Garden and Palace.

Located 6 Km away from Jaipur. 

The place was fabulous and gave a spectacular background to the event! 

Here we enjoyed a rather extravagant night filled with dances and delicious foods! 

Upon our arrival to Jaipur we were thrown into the wedding celebrations! Starting off with an ornate guest welcoming and a pumping clubby  youngsters party we knew we were in for a treat!  The first event we attend was the Mehendi Brunch, in which we were asked to dress super colorful and be ready to get some henna on our hands! I later found out that when indians say super colorful they mean Over The Top blast of colors! The scene was as if a rainbow had exploded with and addition of sparkly Sari’s here and there! Totally my scene!  :)
